The 200151 is an Accelerometer Interface Standard Cable with connectors on both ends. For the requested MOD configuration, the published option structure identifies a 15 m cable, blue cable with armor, and standard coupling nut.
Case-mounted seismic transducer used within the Trendmaster monitoring architecture.
Provides the cable connection between the acceleration transducer and the associated ProTIM input path.
The 200200 ProTIM-R documentation identifies 200151 cables for connecting acceleration transducers to ProTIM-R.
| Part Number | 200151-XX-XX-XX |
|---|---|
| MOD | 323357-15-03-00 |
| Cable Type | Accelerometer Interface Standard Cable, connectors on both ends |
| Cable Length | 15 m |
| Armor | Blue cable with armor |
| Coupling Nut | Standard coupling nut |
| Operating Temperature | -20°C to +100°C. Use down to -40°C is permitted when the cable is not allowed to move or flex. Flexing below -20°C may damage the cable. |
|---|---|
| Minimum Bend Radius | 63.5 mm (2.5 in) |
| Construction | 4-conductor, 22 AWG cable with shield and drain wire, PVC outer jacket. |
| ProTIM-R Connector | Screw-on, 5-pin, keyed connector. |
| Transducer End | PT06F8-4S or equivalent connector. |
| Ingress Protection | IP67 as specified for the cable in the 200200 ProTIM-R documentation. |
| Cable Assembly | Cable assembly meets UL 2238 as specified in the ProTIM-R documentation. |
The 200151 is specified for connecting acceleration transducers to 200200 ProTIM-R. With ProTIM-C, the applicable cable adapter is required.
Replace on a configuration-matched basis. Check the complete 200151 part number, MOD, cable length, armor and coupling-nut option before ordering.
Match the keyed connector and mating hardware. The ProTIM-R end uses a screw-on, 5-pin keyed connector.
Maintain the published minimum bend radius of 63.5 mm (2.5 in) during cable routing.
Below -20°C, prevent cable movement or flexing. The lower-use condition extends to -40°C only when the cable remains stationary.
The 200151 is part of the Trendmaster accelerometer signal path, connecting a compatible acceleration transducer with ProTIM hardware. It is a signal-connection component rather than the sensing element.
A damaged or unreliable cable can interrupt or degrade the associated vibration measurement channel. For critical monitoring points, the correct cable configuration is important when restoring the signal path.
