01 / Overview

Remote I/O communication on a plant-wide scale.

IMRIO02 is the Remote I/O Module described in instruction I-E96-317A. The module operates with the Bailey Multi-Function Processor and supports communication with remotely located slave modules.

The RIO occupies one slot in the Module Mounting Unit (MMU). Dipswitches configure user options and module addresses, while front-panel LEDs provide operating status.
