GE UR6UH Digital I/O Module Technical Specifications
Voltage Swing & Logic Stability
Operating range: 19.2V to 28.8V DC. Designed for DC systems under charge conditions. For sites with poor voltage regulation exceeding 29V during heavy equalization, we recommend an inline DC-DC stabilizer to prevent logic resets or communication drops.
Thermal Load vs. High-Density I/O
Rated for 70°C operation with 16 relay outputs. For continuous 10A operation across all outputs, maintain at least 1U spacing between the UR6UH and adjacent high-heat modules to prevent relay life-cycle derating and internal hot spots.
Current Limits: 10A vs. 30A Breaking Capacity
Continuous carry capacity: 10A per relay. Maximum interrupt rating: 30A for fault quenching. For inductive DC loads, use external suppressors or interposing relays to protect onboard relays from flyback voltage and extend contact life.
