  1. Power Off Rack
    Ensure the RX7i rack is completely powered down.
  2. Insert Module
    Slide the module into the slot it was configured for.
  3. Secure Module
    Press firmly, but do not force.
    Tighten screws at the top and bottom of the faceplate.
  4. Connect Cables
    Attach TX and RX cables to the module.
  5. Route Fiber Optic Cable
    Connect TX → RX for each node in the ring.
    Last node connects TX to RX of first node to complete the ring.
  6. Power On Rack
    Turn on the RX7i rack power and verify the system operates correctly.
