Brand Name:
General Electric
Model Number:
IC697MDL940
The IC697MDL940 is a Series 90-70 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) module featuring sixteen (16) relay output channels. This versatile module includes eight (8) Form C contact outputs and eight (8) Form A (Normally Open) outputs, organized in two groups of four Form A contacts per channel.
Each output channel delivers exceptional performance with a maximum response time of 10 ms for both On and Off signal transitions and a switching frequency of 20 cycles per minute when handling inductive loads.
The IC697MDL940 employs fixed coil, moving armature type output relays with silver alloy contacts that maintain maximum contact resistance of 0.2 Ohm. The module is engineered for longevity with an expected contact life of 20,000,000 mechanical operations and 1,000,000 electrical operations at resistive inductive load.
For comprehensive protection, each output channel includes a 3 Ampere fuse and a snubber circuit featuring a 47 Ohm resistor and 0.015 µfd capacitor. This robust design ensures reliable operation and protection for both AC and DC output loads under normal and high inrush conditions.
That obsolete DCS module that everyone says is extinct? We probably have three in stock. We specialize in the rare, the discontinued, and the hard-to-find.
You're not talking to a call center. You're talking to people who know the difference between a system glitch and a hardware failure. We help you design, bridge, and maintain systems that others have given up on.
Your factory doesn't sleep, and neither does our logistics. From our warehouse to your floor, we bypass the typical "lead time" nightmare with a global shipping network that actually works.
High-quality automation shouldn't feel like a ransom payment. We source smart, so you get the big brands (DCS, HMIs, Power Supplies) without the eye-watering price tag.
Bottom line: We keep your legacy alive while prepping your plant for the future.
Half the time, the "stock" doesn't exist. The other half, the parts show up DOA. We started Amikon to fix that.
We've built a massive warehouse of the stuff the "big guys" stopped supporting years ago. Whether it's an old GE IC693 card or a high-end Foxboro FCP270, we treat every order like a mission-critical fix.
