Point Density & Isolation Architecture
32 input points segmented into 4 isolated groups. Each group contains 8 points, allowing simultaneous connection to different AC supply phases within a single Series 90-70 rack.
Input Voltage & Signal Filtration
Nominal operating voltage is 120 Volts AC. Fixed 20 millisecond input filter delay suppresses transient noise and ensures signal integrity before PLC logic scan.
Industrial Sensor Compliance
Reactive inputs compliant with IEC Type 2 requirements. Current-voltage characteristics are matched for seamless integration with high-impedance proximity switches.
Visual Diagnostic Interface
Status monitoring via LED indicators at the top of the module provides real-time ON/OFF state verification for each individual point.
Hardware Configuration
No DIP switches or physical jumpers required. I/O reference mapping and module configuration handled via Windows or MS-DOS programming software.
Slot Integrity & Mechanical Keying
Unique mechanical key prevents accidental insertion of incorrect module types. Key bolts into specific spot on backplane center rail beneath connector.

Key Design
The key fits a uniquely shaped area on the board below the connector. Each module is supplied with its own key.Initial Installation
During first installation, the key latches onto the backplane center rail. When the module is removed, the key stays in the center rail, so the slot will accept only identical module types.Relocating the Module
To move the module after the key has latched, push the key upward to release the latch while pulling it off the rail. The key can then be reinstalled on the module and placed in the desired rack position.Rack Position Restriction
Only the power supply is allowed in the leftmost rack position.
