Product Description
The 3500/94 VGA Display utilizes a standard color VGA monitor with Touch Screen technology to display 3500 system data. The system consists of two main components: the 3500/94 VGA Display Module with its I/O card and the VGA display monitor. Using standard cabling, the display monitor can be mounted up to 10 m (33 ft) from the rack. All functions are accessed through a Main Menu on the touch screen.
The 3500/94 modules can be configured for language and display type using 3500 Rack Configuration Software, while all other data configurations are performed locally at the display. Operators have full control over the displayed data and can create up to nine custom screens. For example, one screen may display all 1X measurements, another all Gap values, or screens may be organized by machine train groupings. Any system data can be assigned to a custom screen as desired.
An API-670 compatible screen is also available, showing "3300-style" bargraph and numerical values for each monitor in the rack. Direct or Gap values are displayed for each module, along with OK and Bypass LEDs, providing operators with a clear and intuitive overview of system status.
