This high-precision proximity transducer system is designed for industrial vibration and position monitoring.

The Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System is an advanced eddy-current measurement solution for high-precision position and vibration monitoring. It provides output voltage proportional to the distance between probe tip and observed conductive surface, supporting both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements.

Typical applications include fluid-film bearing machinery, Keyphasor reference, and speed measurements. The standard 3300 XL 8 mm system meets API 670 requirements for mechanical configuration, accuracy, linear range, and temperature stability.

System components (probes, extension cables, and Proximitor® sensors) are fully interchangeable with no component matching or bench calibration required. The system is backward compatible with earlier non-XL 3300 series 5 mm and 8 mm components.

• TipLoc® molding ensures stronger, more durable bond between probe tip and body
• CableLoc® technology provides pull strength of 330 N (75 lbf) for secure cable attachment
