Worried about downtime? This monitor can run in redundant mode, automatically switching from primary to backup tachometers when needed. It monitors sensor gap voltage and pulse counts to ensure seamless switchover. For accurate phase continuity, both main and failover sensors must be aligned in the same axial plane.

Smart Speed & Phase Tracking
  • Speed Measurement: Uses a displacement sensor with targets like toothed wheels, keyways, or gears. Provides alarms for zero speed, detects reverse rotation, and feeds data for advanced process analysis.
  • Phase (Key) Measurement: Requires a once-per-revolution target to accurately track machine health changes. A key parameter for predictive maintenance programs.
