It monitors sensor gap voltage and pulse counts to ensure seamless switchover. For accurate phase continuity, both main and failover sensors must be aligned in the same axial plane.Smart Speed & Phase Tracking
- Speed Measurement: Uses a displacement sensor with targets like toothed wheels, keyways, or gears. Provides alarms for zero speed, detects reverse rotation, and feeds data for advanced process analysis.
- Phase (Key) Measurement: Requires a once-per-revolution target to accurately track machine health changes. A key parameter for predictive maintenance programs.
