Compatible with Analysis and Diagnostic Systems, Field Bus Systems, Distributed Control Systems, plant/host computers and networks including WAN/LAN, Ethernet. Enhances performance, efficiency, operational safety, and extends machine lifetime for turbines, compressors, fans, centrifuges, and other turbomachinery.

Configuration & Operating Modes
Each channel is individually configurable via RS 232 connector (front panel) or RS 485 communication bus. Configuration changes can be made during operation.
Speed Measurement:
  • Forward/backward speed measurement with 1-255 trigger marks (max 20 kHz)
  • Multiple measurement methods including pulse counting and automatic tracking
  • Output options: analog proportional, split range, enlarged range, and TTL pulses
  • Redundant transducer support (1 out of 2) with both channels
Key-Pulse Detection:
  • Single key mark or multiple marks (max 255 per revolution)
  • Standard negative/positive rectangular key pulse output (1 ms duration)
Standstill Detection:
  • Detects standstill with 1-255 trigger marks
  • Configurable time measurement range: 1-1700 seconds
  • Backwards/forwards rotation detection
Combined Channel Functions:
  • Direction detection using phase-shifted trigger marks
  • Speed difference detection between two trigger wheels
