MMS3120/022-100 accepts two independent bearing-vibration channels and converts their measured values into separate 0/4-20 mA outputs. Its compact transmitter format is intended for installation close to the machine, supporting pumps, fans, compressors, gearboxes and similar rotating assets.
Two redundant 24 VDC supply inputs support continuity. Each channel still requires the correct sensor type, measuring range, vibration unit and frequency setting.

Before replacement, retain channel assignment, sensor polarity, vibration unit, measuring range, frequency limits, output scaling and supply wiring. Channel interchange can produce plausible but incorrect trends.

MMS3120/022-100 FAQ
Can MMS3120/022-100 replace another /022 variant without rescaling?
Not safely. Confirm channel sensor type, vibration unit, range, frequency band and current-output scaling.
Why can MMS3120/022-100 show two stable but different channel values?
Different mounting orientation, sensor sensitivity, polarity, range or machine location can create unequal values; compare the complete channel setup.
How should redundant power be checked on MMS3120/022-100?
Prove each 24 VDC feed independently and verify uninterrupted measurement while each feed is removed in turn.
What should be recorded before removing MMS3120/022-100?
Capture terminal positions, channel assignments, sensor identity, output scaling, frequency setting, supply feeds and normal values.
What acceptance checks matter for MMS3120/022-100?
Verify both channels, sensor polarity, zero, expected vibration response, 0/4-20 mA scaling and loss-of-feed behavior.
