External Probe Access
The Bently Nevada 21000 assembly provides an external mounting point for a reverse-mount proximity probe. Its threaded cover gives access to the probe connection while the sleeve positions the probe through the machine case toward the rotating target. Assembly roleThe housing supports access, positioning and cable entry. The connected proximity transducer chain performs the actual displacement measurement.

2 Is this assembly CSA explosion proof?No. The 03 fitting choice is not one of the fitting combinations used for the CSA-rated explosion-proof housing arrangement.
3 Does the 10.5 in reach require extra sleeve support?The stated support threshold applies when C plus D exceeds 12 in. The actual installation must still be checked for rigidity and resonance.
4 Which mechanical details must match?Confirm the 3/4-14 NPT machine port, 10.5 in reach, available cover clearance, cable-seal range and probe target position.
5 What should be checked after installation?Verify probe gap voltage, system length, cable routing, thread sealing, O-ring condition and stable vibration response through the operating range.
