Installation Guide
Step 1: Power Down
- Ensure that power is removed from the Remote I/O link before installation for safety
Step 2: Mount the Module
- Hook the top lip of the module's DIN rail mount onto the top of the DIN rail
- Rotate the module downward until it snaps securely into a locked position
Step 3: Connect the SCANport Cable
- Connect a SCANport cable (1202-Cxx) between the module and the product
- Important: Refer to your product's user manual for SCANport connector location
- For port expander installations, consult its documentation for proper connection
