It serves as the primary conduit for the Module Fieldbus, enabling high-speed data exchange across the FBM-to-FCP link.
Electrical reliability is managed through dual-redundant 24V DC power input terminals. This dual-feed architecture ensures that a single power supply failure does not compromise the entire 8-slot assembly. Internal power bus traces distribute both logic-level and field-side excitation to each FBM slot, utilizing isolated signal paths to prevent cross-channel interference.
