The Triconex DO3401 is a high-density Digital Output (DO) module engineered for integration into Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) safety instrumented systems. Designed to interface directly with final control elements—such as solenoids, relays, and motor starters—the DO3401 executes discrete command logic within a fault-tolerant framework. Physically, the module is housed in a compact 1.4 kg form factor (4.5 × 18.8 × 20.8 cm), making it a standard choice for high-availability ESD (Emergency Shutdown) and F&G (Fire & Gas) racks requiring robust signal density.
