Pull the DIN rail latches on the rear of the module to the open position.
02 - ALIGN
Position the module on the DIN rail. Place it specifically to the left of the controller. Press the module until it snaps onto the rail profile.
03 - SECURE
Slide the module along the rail until it is flush against the controller. Verify the connection is tight and no gap remains.
IMPORTANT: Data Integrity Protocol
Prior to hardware disconnection, cycle power to OFF. Observe all status indicators on the power supply and controller; wait until all LEDs are completely extinguished. Failure to wait may interrupt active internal memory writes, resulting in permanent program loss.
Removal Procedure
① Power Off
Turn off the CompactLogix power supply. Make sure all diagnostic LEDs are dark before touching anything.
② Open Latches
Release the DIN rail latches on the EtherNet/IP module. Also release the latches on the module immediately to its left.
③ Disconnect Bus
Slide the EtherNet/IP module to the right (along with any modules to its right) to break the backplane connection.
④ Create Clearance
Move the controller slightly left to make room between it and the EtherNet/IP module.
⑤ Remove Module
Pull the module straight forward off the DIN rail.
Why Choose Our Service
Your Personal Fixer: You won't be passed around a call center. You get one person—a dedicated Account Manager who acts like your internal procurement hero. They know your "needed it yesterday" urgency and will give you the straight talk on price and timing.
The "Impossible" is Our Inventory: If the manufacturer says it's obsolete, we say it's in stock. We've spent years building a global network that breathes life back into aging systems.
Zero Lag Time: We know downtime is literally burning money. That's why our logistics are built for speed. You pick the carrier, we provide the tracking, and your parts arrive exactly when we said they would.
The world runs on parts—sometimes tiny, often rare, and always essential. When one link breaks, the whole chain stops. At Amikon, we don't just ship hardware. We ship uptime.
Why do engineers and buyers call us first? Because we've ditched the "business as usual" attitude. We offer high-tier industrial components without the high-tier ego. You get fair prices, transparent updates, and a technical team that actually knows their stuff.
From the moment a part is pulled from our shelf to the final "click" when you install it, we've got your back. No shortcuts. No "maybe." Just the components you need, delivered with the urgency they deserve.
