Note: If your 48V system has high switching noise, ensure the subrack's central grounding point is tied to a clean earth to prevent "dirty" power from leaking into the CS21 communication bus.
Thermal Limit & Jitter: Does the +70°C ceiling mean I can skip rack fan trays?
Negative. While the module is rated for 70°C ambient, the CS21 ASIC generates significant heat during high-speed data telegram exchanges. In a sealed SIMADYN D/TDC subrack without forced airflow, localized "heat pockets" can easily exceed 80°C, leading to communication jitter or random bus timeouts. Keep the fan tray active and the filters clean.
Cold-Start Risks: We have a -40°C storage environment. Can we power up immediately upon install?

Bus Integrity & Humidity: Is the 95% RH rating valid for coastal turbine sites?
Only if it's "non-condensing." 95% humidity in a place like Xiamen or an offshore rig is dangerous if the temperature fluctuates. Communication Logic Sync: Why is my CS21 link failing to sync with the CPU module?
