Installation Guide
Step 1: Identify Compatible Modules
This panel is designed for 0-5 VDC analog input modules. Each module has 64 points, requiring two panels per module for complete connectivity.
Step 2: Connect Terminals
Utilize the 32 positive (+) power output terminals and 32 negative (-) current input terminals for wiring. Each positive terminal includes a 180 Ohm current-limiting resistor for enhanced safety.
Step 3: Ensure Accurate Signal Conversion
Each input features a 250 Ohm precision resistor to convert 0-5 VDC signals from current to voltage, ensuring measurement accuracy.
Step 4: Connect Power Supplies
The panel supports redundant 24 VDC power sources using diode ORing technology to maintain reliable operation during power fluctuations.
Step 5: Labeling & Organization
Each panel includes two sets of labels (1-32 and 33-64) to simplify installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
