No, this is a Position Monitor. Unlike vibration cards that detect fast oscillations, this module monitors slow, steady movement such as shaft axial thrust or case thermal expansion.
What sensors can I connect to it?
It accepts inputs from standard Proximity Probes, LVDTs (AC or DC), Rotary Position Transducers (RPTs), and Rotary Potentiometers, offering exceptional flexibility.
What is the 135137-01 part specifically?
This is the I/O module that attaches to the back of the rack where field wiring is connected. It works in conjunction with the 3500/45 front-end module to create a complete monitoring system.
How many sensors can one card handle?
Four channels per module, allowing monitoring of multiple valves or mixed measurements (such as 2 Thrust + 2 Case Expansion) on a single card.
