VIBRO METER VM600 IOCN 200-566-000-113 Input/Output Protection Card
The VM600 IOCN (200-566-000-113) serves as the high-integrity Input/Output partner to the CPUM rack controller, forming a card pair recommended for complex applications utilizing multiple monitoring cards in a VM600 rack. As the centralized gateway for a machinery monitoring system, this module streamlines the entire lifecycle of the rack—from initial installation and configuration to daily management and general operation.
Engineered for high-availability environments, the IOCN manages the configuration and coordination of MPC4/IOC4T and AMC8/IOC8T card pairs, including full support for hot-swapping to ensure zero-downtime maintenance. The IOCN (200-566-000-113) can also manage the configuration of XMx16/XIO16T card pairs, eliminating the need for a VibroSight Server in specific architectural applications.
The communications interface functionality provides a seamless conduit for sharing and processing data from monitoring modules (MPC4, AMC8 and/or XMC16). It integrates machinery protection, condition monitoring, and combustion monitoring data with third-party systems such as DCS or PLC via industry-standard fieldbuses.
